The package includes:

3 nights in comfortable rooms
2 meals a day – breakfast and dinner in buffet form. (Stay starts with dinner on the day of arrival.)

1 treatment per day to choose from the list below based on availability:
- Sulfur bath – 15 min. (physiotherapy consultation required for more than 1 bath)
- Brine bath – 15 min. (physiotherapy consultation required for more than 1 bath)
- Bath in peat suspension – 15 min.
- Peat bath – 15 min.
- Collagen bath – 15 min.
- Automatic underwater massage – 15 min.
- Medy-Jet massage (dry massage on a water bed) – 15 min.
- Biosulfur body mask – 15 min.
- Local cryotherapy – 3 min.
Unlimited access to all pool zones in the Mineral Pools complex:
- recreational pool with mineral water and massage devices
- the only brine-sulfur pool in Poland
- sauna zone with access to indoor and outdoor jacuzzis (zone accessible only for adults)
- seasonal outdoor pools
Guarded, monitored parking for 20 PLN/day. For holders of "Malinowy Raj" program cards, guarded monitored parking is free of charge. Parking in front of the hotel 100 PLN/day.

The package is not discounted due to possession of "Malinowy Raj" program cards.

Rooms are booked according to the selected type of accommodation. It is not possible to book a specific room number or room located in a specific part of the hotel.

Paid extra

During your stay, we offer a fenced and monitored parking lot located opposite the hotel for 20 PLN/day. Parking in front of the hotel and near the Mineral Pools Complex is charged 100 PLN/day.
The spa fee is not included in the price and amounts to 6.00 PLN/day per person. It should be paid in cash upon departure from the Hotel.
Extra charge for staying with a dog up to 30 cm at the withers - 70 PLN/day. The fee for a dog is 70 PLN/day. The number of rooms available for guests arriving with a dog is limited. The wish to arrive with a dog must be reported at the time of booking. Otherwise, an additional fee of 250 PLN/day will be charged. Cats and other animals are not accepted for hotel stays – if the guidelines are not followed, an additional fee of 500 PLN/day will be charged.

During Christmas, Easter, and New Year holidays, an additional "high" season charge applies to selected packages. This fee does not apply to the Christmas, Easter, and New Year packages.

Children's stay:

One child up to 2 years old can stay free of charge on one bed in a room with parents.
Children aged 3-11 pay an additional 140 PLN/day.
Children aged 12-15 pay an additional 170 PLN/day.
From 16 years old - price of stay as an adult.

Minors are not registered in the rooms. In case of a stay of 1 adult and child/children, the price for an adult is the price for a single room + the price of an extra bed.

One extra bed is possible in the room - it is a folding armchair located in the room. In the case of, for example, 2 adults and 2 children aged 3-15, two rooms must be booked. Each room is counted as 1 adult in a single room and 1 child (price depending on age).

Non-use of any element included in the package does not reduce its value.

Children policy

We would like to kindly inform you that in accordance with the amendment to the Family and Guardianship Code, on February 15, 2024, additional regulations came into force to ensure protection of minors who have become victims of violence (the so-called "Lex Kamilek" Act). Pursuant to this Act, representatives of, among others: hotel industry were obliged to identify the relationship between an adult guest and a child, i.e. determine whether the adult is the parent/legal guardian of the minor with whom he or she came and whether the child is not exposed to danger in a given situation. HERE IS IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOU: If the child concerned by the reservation arrives at the hotel/facility and is checked in by a person who is not his/her parent or legal guardian, the receptionist's obligation will be to require this person to submit a STATEMENT OF THE PARENTS/LEGAL GUARDIAN OF CONSENT TO A CHILD'S STAY UNDER THE CARE OF A GIVEN PERSON. The above-mentioned situation applies not only to people unrelated to the child, but also, among others, grandparents or uncles of the minor who are not currently his or her legal guardians. We ask in advance for your understanding towards our staff, who, in accordance with the above-mentioned the amendment is obliged (under penalty) to identify the relationship between the child and the people with whom he or she appears in the hotel/facility, but also implements this obligation primarily for the sake of the well-being of your children and their safety.

Animal policy

Charge for staying with a dog up to 30 cm at withers - 70 PLN / day.

Cancellation terms

In the event of cancellation of the stay, submitted no later than 30 days before the start of the stay, the guest is entitled to a 100% advance refund. In the case of cancellation of the stay, submitted no later than 15 to 30 days before the start of the stay, the guest is entitled to a 50% advance refund. In the event of cancellation of the stay, submitted less than 14 days before the start of the stay, the guest is not entitled to a refund.
