Extra bed for child.
One child up to 2 years old may sleep with the parents in the room - FREE of charge;
Children aged 3-11 sleeping in extra bed - additional fee of PLN 110 / day;
Children aged 12-15 - additional fee of PLN 140 / day
Over 16 years old - price for the package as per adult.
During special periods such as Christmas, Easter, May Day, New Year's Eve, etc., a different price may apply for children.
We do not register minors in the rooms. In the case of a stay of 1 adult and child / children, the price for an adult is the price per person in a single room + the price of an extra bed.
There is a possibility of one extra bed in the room - it is a fold-out armchair, which is located in the room. For e.g. 2 adults and 2 children aged 3-15, two rooms must be booked. Each room is for 1 adult in a single room and 1 child (price depending on age).
For an adult, an extra bed is provided in the room's fold-out armchair. This is less comfortable than a standard bed. A third adult in an extra bed is charged in full, according to the price of the selected package. The decision to accommodate a third adult in an extra bed is at the discretion of the person making the reservation.
It is possible to book a Junior or De Lux Apartment (an additional fee per night applies to apartments).
Staying with pets.
At Malinowy Raj, we accept pets. We only accept dogs no larger than 30 cm at the shoulder. The fee for a dog is PLN 70 per night. The number of rooms available for guests traveling with a dog is limited. Please notify us at the time of booking if you wish to bring a dog. Otherwise, an additional fee of PLN 250 per night will be charged. Cats and other pets are not allowed at the hotel – failure to comply with these guidelines will result in an additional fee of PLN 500 per night.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and ends at 1:00 PM.

Invoices will be issued based on actual use, in accordance with applicable VAT rates. The package will be broken down into individual components.

To book airport pickup, please provide information such as your flight number, arrival time, and destination. This service is subject to an additional fee, calculated individually.

Full-board package stays begin with dinner on the day of arrival and end with lunch on the day of departure.

Failure to use any element of the package does not reduce its value.

It is possible to extend your stay until 4:00 PM for a fee, after prior arrangement and confirmation of availability with the hotel reception. Please note the resort fee of PLN 6.00 per person/day.
Parking at the hotel is available for guests only during check-in, unloading, and check-out. During your stay, we offer a fenced and monitored parking lot opposite the hotel for PLN 20/day. Parking in front of the hotel and at the Mineral Pool Complex is PLN 100/day. -
The hotel reserves the right to change prices and change the program and attractions at the hotel.

The physiotherapist is available from Monday to Sunday during designated hours. Physiotherapy consultations take place on the day of arrival or the following day. Registration is made at the Medical Center Reception Desk, and the consultation fee is according to the price list.

Please arrive for treatments 5 minutes before your scheduled treatment time. If you cancel your treatment, please notify us no later than 24 hours before your scheduled treatment time. Failure to notify us of your cancellation or no-show will result in forfeiture of your treatment and a full charge for the treatment.

Sauna Night is always held at the pools on the last Friday of the month. The complex is open until 7:45 PM on this day. Sauna Night is subject to an additional fee; limited spaces are available. Advance reservations are required.

Rooms are booked according to the selected accommodation. It is not possible to reserve a specific room number or a room located in a specific part of the hotel.

Selected active classes are a free additional service. The schedule may change or classes may be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizer's control (e.g., instructor illness, weather conditions). Participants are not entitled to any claims.

During the Christmas, Easter, and New Year's Eve periods, an additional "high season" fee applies to selected packages. This fee does not apply to Christmas, Easter, or New Year's Eve packages.
Guarantee and cancellation.
To guarantee your stay for the selected period we require a prepayment of minimum 30% of the booking value. We accept the following forms to guarantee your booking: prepayment to the hotel account, making an e-payment using our reservation system or contacting the hotel reception directly to specify individual guarntee conditions.

Period for the cancellation and refund of advance payment:
- In the event of cancellation of the stay, submitted no later than 30 days before the start of the stay, the guest is entitled to a 100% advance refund.
- In the case of cancellation of the stay, submitted no later than 15 to 30 days before the start of the stay, the guest is entitled to a 50% advance refund.
- In the event of cancellation of the stay, submitted less than 14 days before the start of the stay, the guest is not entitled to a refund..
In the absence of confirmation or guarantee of the booking, the booking will be maintained until 12.00 the day before the planned arrival. After this date, the booking will be released and the room will be made available for further sale.
