Rooms are reserved according to the selected accommodation type. It is not possible to reserve a specific room number or a room located in a selected part of the hotel.

During the stay, we offer a fenced and monitored parking lot located opposite the hotel at a price of 20 PLN/day.
Parking in front of the hotel and at the Mineral Pools Complex is charged at 100 PLN/day.
The spa fee is not included in the price and amounts to 6.00 PLN/day per person. It must be paid in cash upon departure from the hotel.
Surcharge for stay with a dog up to 30 cm at the withers – 70 PLN/day. The fee for a dog is 70 PLN/day. The number of rooms available for guests arriving with a dog is limited. The desire to arrive with a dog must be reported at the booking stage. Otherwise, an additional fee of 250 PLN/day will be charged. Cats and other animals are not accepted for hotel stays – in case of non-compliance with the guidelines, an additional fee of 500 PLN/day will be charged.

During Christmas, Easter, and New Year's Eve periods, an additional surcharge for the "high" season applies to selected packages. This surcharge does not apply to Christmas, Easter, and New Year's Eve packages.

Child stays:

One child up to 2 years old may sleep on the parents' bed in the room – stay FREE
Stay for children aged 3-11 – additional charge of 140 PLN/day.
Stay for children aged 12-15 – additional charge of 170 PLN/day.
From 16 years old – price of stay as for an adult.

Minors are not registered in the rooms. In the case of 1 adult and child(ren) staying, the price for the adult is the price for a single room + price for an extra bed.

One extra bed is possible in the room – it is a folding armchair located in the room. For example, for 2 adults and 2 children aged 3-15, two rooms must be booked. Each room counts as 1 adult in a single room plus 1 child (price depending on age).

Non-use of any element included in the package does not reduce its value.

Children policy

We would like to kindly inform you that in accordance with the amendment to the Family and Guardianship Code, on February 15, 2024, additional regulations came into force to ensure protection of minors who have become victims of violence (the so-called "Lex Kamilek" Act). Pursuant to this Act, representatives of, among others: hotel industry were obliged to identify the relationship between an adult guest and a child, i.e. determine whether the adult is the parent/legal guardian of the minor with whom he or she came and whether the child is not exposed to danger in a given situation. HERE IS IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOU: If the child concerned by the reservation arrives at the hotel/facility and is checked in by a person who is not his/her parent or legal guardian, the receptionist's obligation will be to require this person to submit a STATEMENT OF THE PARENTS/LEGAL GUARDIAN OF CONSENT TO A CHILD'S STAY UNDER THE CARE OF A GIVEN PERSON. The above-mentioned situation applies not only to people unrelated to the child, but also, among others, grandparents or uncles of the minor who are not currently his or her legal guardians. We ask in advance for your understanding towards our staff, who, in accordance with the above-mentioned the amendment is obliged (under penalty) to identify the relationship between the child and the people with whom he or she appears in the hotel/facility, but also implements this obligation primarily for the sake of the well-being of your children and their safety.

Charge for staying with a dog up to 30 cm at withers - 70 PLN / day.

Cancellation terms

In the event of cancellation of the stay, submitted no later than 30 days before the start of the stay, the guest is entitled to a 100% advance refund. In the case of cancellation of the stay, submitted no later than 15 to 30 days before the start of the stay, the guest is entitled to a 50% advance refund. In the event of cancellation of the stay, submitted less than 14 days before the start of the stay, the guest is not entitled to a refund.
