The Summer Relaxation Package includes:

5 nights in comfortable rooms,
2 meals a day breakfast and dinner buffet. (The stay starts with dinner on the day of arrival)
20% discount on all treatments performed at the Malinowy Raj hotel Medical Center (discount not valid in the Mineral Pools Complex)
Daily sports activities with an instructor:
- Active morning
- Aqua aerobic
- Water gymnastics
Unlimited access to all pool zones in the Mineral Pools Complex:
- recreational pool with mineral water and massage devices
- the only brine-sulfur pool in Poland
- sauna zone with access to indoor and outdoor jacuzzi (zone accessible only for adults)
- seasonal outdoor pools

Guarded, monitored parking at 20 PLN/day. For holders of the "Malinowy Raj" program cards, guarded, monitored parking is free of charge. Parking in front of the hotel and near the Mineral Pools Complex costs 100 PLN/day.

Rooms are booked according to the selected accommodation type. It is not possible to reserve a specific room number or a room located in a chosen part of the hotel.

Paid extra

During your stay, we offer a fenced and monitored parking lot located opposite the hotel at a price of 20 PLN/day. Parking in front of the hotel and near the Mineral Pools Complex costs 100 PLN/day.
The spa tax is not included in the price and amounts to 6.00 PLN/day per person. It should be paid in cash upon departure from the hotel.
Additional charge for staying with a dog up to 30 cm at the withers - 70 PLN/day. The dog fee is 70 PLN/day. The number of rooms available for guests arriving with a dog is limited. The intention to come with a dog must be reported at the reservation stage. Otherwise, an additional fee of 250 PLN/day will be charged. Cats and other animals are not accepted for stays at the hotel – in case of violation of these rules, an additional fee of 500 PLN/day will be charged.

During Christmas, Easter, and New Year's Eve periods, an additional fee for "high" season applies to selected packages. The fee does not apply to Christmas, Easter, and New Year's Eve packages.

Children's stay:

One child up to 2 years old can stay for free in the parents' room on the same bed
Children aged 3-11 pay an additional 140 PLN/day.
Children aged 12-15 pay an additional 170 PLN/day.
From age 16 - the price of stay is the same as for an adult.

Minors are not registered in rooms. In the case of 1 adult and child/children stay, the price for the adult is the same as for a single room + the price of an extra bed.

One extra bed is possible in the room – it is a fold-out armchair located in the room. In the case of e.g. 2 adults and 2 children aged 3-15, two rooms must be booked. Each room counts as 1 adult in a single room and 1 child (price depending on age).

Non-use of any element included in the package does not reduce its value.

Children policy

We would like to kindly inform you that in accordance with the amendment to the Family and Guardianship Code, on February 15, 2024, additional regulations came into force to ensure protection of minors who have become victims of violence (the so-called "Lex Kamilek" Act). Pursuant to this Act, representatives of, among others: hotel industry were obliged to identify the relationship between an adult guest and a child, i.e. determine whether the adult is the parent/legal guardian of the minor with whom he or she came and whether the child is not exposed to danger in a given situation. HERE IS IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOU: If the child concerned by the reservation arrives at the hotel/facility and is checked in by a person who is not his/her parent or legal guardian, the receptionist's obligation will be to require this person to submit a STATEMENT OF THE PARENTS/LEGAL GUARDIAN OF CONSENT TO A CHILD'S STAY UNDER THE CARE OF A GIVEN PERSON. The above-mentioned situation applies not only to people unrelated to the child, but also, among others, grandparents or uncles of the minor who are not currently his or her legal guardians. We ask in advance for your understanding towards our staff, who, in accordance with the above-mentioned the amendment is obliged (under penalty) to identify the relationship between the child and the people with whom he or she appears in the hotel/facility, but also implements this obligation primarily for the sake of the well-being of your children and their safety.

Charge for staying with a dog up to 30 cm at withers - 70 PLN / day.

Cancellation terms

In the event of cancellation of the stay, submitted no later than 30 days before the start of the stay, the guest is entitled to a 100% advance refund. In the case of cancellation of the stay, submitted no later than 15 to 30 days before the start of the stay, the guest is entitled to a 50% advance refund. In the event of cancellation of the stay, submitted less than 14 days before the start of the stay, the guest is not entitled to a refund.
