The Summer Relaxation Package includes:

5 nights in comfortable rooms,
2 meals a day breakfast and dinner in buffet form. (The stay begins with dinner on the day of arrival)
20% discount on all treatments performed at the Malinowy Raj hotel Medical Center (discount does not apply in the Mineral Pools Complex)
Daily sports activities with an instructor:
- Active morning
- Aqua aerobics
- Gymnastics in the pool
Unlimited access to all pool zones in the Mineral Pools Complex:
- recreational pool with mineral water and massage devices
- the only brine-sulfur pool in Poland
- sauna zone with access to indoor and outdoor jacuzzis (zone is available exclusively to adults)
- seasonal outdoor pools

We encourage you to extend the package with treatments available at our Medical Center.

Guarded, monitored parking at PLN 20/day. Free guarded, monitored parking for holders of "Malinowy Raj" program cards. Parking in front of the hotel and near the Mineral Pools Complex costs PLN 100/day.

Rooms are booked according to the selected type of accommodation. It is not possible to book a specific room number or a room located in a chosen part of the hotel.

Paid extra

During the stay, we offer a fenced and monitored parking located opposite the hotel at PLN 20/day. Parking in front of the hotel and near the Mineral Pools Complex costs PLN 100/day.
The spa fee is not included in the price and amounts to PLN 6.00/day per person. It must be paid in cash upon departure from the hotel.
Extra charge for stay with a dog up to 30 cm at the withers - PLN 70/day. The fee for a dog is PLN 70/day. The number of rooms available for guests arriving with a dog is limited. The intention to come with a dog must be reported at the booking stage. Otherwise, an additional fee of PLN 250/day will be charged. Cats and other animals are not accepted for stay at the hotel – failure to comply will result in an additional charge of PLN 500/day.

During Christmas, Easter, and New Year periods, an additional "high" season fee applies to selected packages. The fee does not apply to Christmas, Easter, and New Year packages.

Children's stay:

One child up to 2 years old may stay for free on the same bed with parents
The stay of a child aged 3-11 costs an additional PLN 140/day.
The stay of a child aged 12-15 costs an additional PLN 170/day.
From 16 years old - price for the stay is the same as for an adult.

Minors are not registered in the rooms. In the case of 1 adult and child(ren) staying, the price for the adult is the price of a single room + the price of an extra bed.

One extra bed is possible in the room - it is a folding armchair located in the room. For example, for 2 adults and 2 children aged 3-15, two rooms must be booked. Each room is counted as 1 adult in a single room and 1 child (price depending on age).

Not utilizing any element included in the package does not reduce its value.

Children policy

We would like to kindly inform you that in accordance with the amendment to the Family and Guardianship Code, on February 15, 2024, additional regulations came into force to ensure protection of minors who have become victims of violence (the so-called "Lex Kamilek" Act). Pursuant to this Act, representatives of, among others: hotel industry were obliged to identify the relationship between an adult guest and a child, i.e. determine whether the adult is the parent/legal guardian of the minor with whom he or she came and whether the child is not exposed to danger in a given situation. HERE IS IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOU: If the child concerned by the reservation arrives at the hotel/facility and is checked in by a person who is not his/her parent or legal guardian, the receptionist's obligation will be to require this person to submit a STATEMENT OF THE PARENTS/LEGAL GUARDIAN OF CONSENT TO A CHILD'S STAY UNDER THE CARE OF A GIVEN PERSON. The above-mentioned situation applies not only to people unrelated to the child, but also, among others, grandparents or uncles of the minor who are not currently his or her legal guardians. We ask in advance for your understanding towards our staff, who, in accordance with the above-mentioned the amendment is obliged (under penalty) to identify the relationship between the child and the people with whom he or she appears in the hotel/facility, but also implements this obligation primarily for the sake of the well-being of your children and their safety.

Animal policy

Charge for staying with a dog up to 30 cm at withers - 70 PLN / day.

Cancellation terms

In the event of cancellation of the stay, submitted no later than 30 days before the start of the stay, the guest is entitled to a 100% advance refund. In the case of cancellation of the stay, submitted no later than 15 to 30 days before the start of the stay, the guest is entitled to a 50% advance refund. In the event of cancellation of the stay, submitted less than 14 days before the start of the stay, the guest is not entitled to a refund.
