Paid extra

During your stay, we offer a fenced and monitored parking lot located opposite the hotel at a price of 20 PLN/day. Parking in front of the hotel costs 100 PLN/day.
The resort fee is not included in the price and amounts to 6.00 PLN/day per person. It must be paid in cash upon departure from the hotel.

During Christmas, Easter, and New Year's Eve, an additional charge for the "high" season applies to selected packages. The fee does not apply to Christmas, Easter, and New Year's Eve packages.

Children's stay:

One child up to 2 years old can stay for free in the room with parents sharing one bed.
Stay for a child aged 3-11 costs an additional 140 PLN/day.
Stay for a child aged 12-15 costs an additional 170 PLN/day.
From 16 years old - the price for the stay is as for an adult.

Minors are not registered in rooms. In the case of 1 adult and child/children staying, the price for the adult is the price as for a single room + the price for an extra bed.

One extra bed is possible in the room - it is a fold-out armchair located in the room. For example, for 2 adults and 2 children aged 3-15, two rooms should be booked. Each room is counted as 1 adult in a single room and 1 child (price depending on age).

Non-utilization of any element included in the package does not reduce its value.

Children policy

We would like to kindly inform you that in accordance with the amendment to the Family and Guardianship Code, on February 15, 2024, additional regulations came into force to ensure protection of minors who have become victims of violence (the so-called "Lex Kamilek" Act). Pursuant to this Act, representatives of, among others: hotel industry were obliged to identify the relationship between an adult guest and a child, i.e. determine whether the adult is the parent/legal guardian of the minor with whom he or she came and whether the child is not exposed to danger in a given situation. HERE IS IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOU: If the child concerned by the reservation arrives at the hotel/facility and is checked in by a person who is not his/her parent or legal guardian, the receptionist's obligation will be to require this person to submit a STATEMENT OF THE PARENTS/LEGAL GUARDIAN OF CONSENT TO A CHILD'S STAY UNDER THE CARE OF A GIVEN PERSON. The above-mentioned situation applies not only to people unrelated to the child, but also, among others, grandparents or uncles of the minor who are not currently his or her legal guardians. We ask in advance for your understanding towards our staff, who, in accordance with the above-mentioned the amendment is obliged (under penalty) to identify the relationship between the child and the people with whom he or she appears in the hotel/facility, but also implements this obligation primarily for the sake of the well-being of your children and their safety.

Charge for staying with a dog up to 30 cm at withers - 70 PLN / day.

Cancellation terms

In the event of cancellation of the stay, submitted no later than 30 days before the start of the stay, the guest is entitled to a 100% advance refund. In the case of cancellation of the stay, submitted no later than 15 to 30 days before the start of the stay, the guest is entitled to a 50% advance refund. In the event of cancellation of the stay, submitted less than 14 days before the start of the stay, the guest is not entitled to a refund.
